In 1847, Louis-François Cartier started his workshop as a lapidary, and the French brand has a very long history in the field of watches.

The Santos de Cartier was born in 1904 and has since become one of Cartier’s flagship watches.

The Santos de Cartier was born when the Brazilian aviator Alberto Santos-Dumont asked Louis-José Cartier, the third generation of Cartier, for a watch that would allow him to check the time while flying an airplane without having to take his hand off the control stick.

The Santos Octagon has an octagonal bezel, as its name suggests, in addition to the screw design that inspired its creation.

The combination of the stainless steel case, 18k gold bezel and screws is the most common combination, but this is an all stainless steel model.

It has a more casual look compared to the combination model. It is recommended for those who want a silver color on their hands.

The LM size is a men’s size at that time, but with 29mm without the crown and 32mm with the crown, it is a size that can be used not only by men but also by women.

It has a white dial with Roman hour markers, blued steel hands and they keep great condition.

The bracelet is not designed with normal screws, but it is called Godron bracelet.

It is said to be based on the motif of the pillars of the Greek temple, and the same design can be seen on the lighters and ballpoint pens sold at the same time.

The bracelet is about 16.5cm around the wrist. 1 additional link is included.
