Warranty period and warranty details

The warranty period for used products varies depending on each product.

Please check the warranty period stated on the product page.

For products delivered after overhaul, the warranty period will start on the day when the product is shipped by our shop.

Only natural failures that occur during the warranty period will be covered, and repairs will be made in accordance with the warranty rules established by our shop only if the product is sent or brought to the store within the valid period.

It is valid only for the purchaser. Please note that it will be invalid if it is transferred from another person or another store.

It is applied only when a problem occurs under normal usage conditions.

As this is a vintage product, we cannot guarantee the waterproofness except for those described in the product information.

In addition, in the following cases, even if it is within the warranty period, it will not be covered by the warranty.

-Failure and repair due to customer's carelessness or misuse (drop, water related, damage to calendar, chronograph function, etc.)

-Changes, damage, repairs and replacements of exterior parts (crowns, windshields, bracelets, thin cases, etc.)

-When parts need to be replaced due to wear of the movement (such as a mainspring running out)

-If the back cover is opened or repaired outside of our shop

-Advance / delay due to magnetic susceptibility (If you get too close to something that emits electromagnetic waves, such as a personal computer or mobile phone, you will end up with magnetic susceptibility.)

-Failure, damage, theft, etc. due to fire / natural disaster, man-made disaster, etc.

As for the minute difference in accuracy (daily difference), there is a difference depending on the posture, so it is not covered by the warranty.

About repair fee within the warranty period

Only natural failures that occur during the warranty period will be covered, and repairs will be made in accordance with the warranty rules established by our shop only if the product is sent or brought to the store within the valid period.

In that case, we will repair it free of charge. (Round trip shipping will be borne by the customer)

About returns

We accept returns only in the case of initial defects.
Initial defects are functional defects including natural failures. For second-hand products, the initial ones that have no particular effect on the original functions such as defective parts (listed in the item description column) that were confirmed before ordering, and scratches, dents, stains, etc. on the outside or inside. It will not be subject to defects.

About returns and exchanges other than initial defects

Watch products can only be returned if they are incorrect or malfunctioning due to a mistake in our shop.
(* We do not accept returns due to customer's convenience (conditions are different from what you expected).)

Return deadline

Please be sure to contact us by email and return it within 7 days of the arrival of the item.
At that time, it will be limited to those worn indoors.
If the product is used outside and damage that was not found at the time of sale is discovered, we will not accept returns.

We will not accept returns if you contact us or return the product after the 7-day deadline from the date of arrival of the product, if there is something wrong with our shop, or if the product is returned due to customer's convenience. increase.

In addition, we will not accept returns or exchanges of products other than defective products if the product itself, packaging, or accessories are damaged or missing.

Return shipping fee

If the product is defective or incorrect, we will replace it (refund) at our expense.
In case of cancellation due to customer's convenience, please bear the customer's shipping fee. (Only for products other than watches)

If the product is defective or incorrect due to a mistake in our shop, we will replace (refund) the shipping fee at our expense.

If you contact us, we will contact you for the subsequent procedure.
If you wish to return the product, please be sure to contact us in advance before sending it. We will not accept returns if you do not contact us in advance or if you do not confirm the return acceptance confirmation email.

Precautions for returns

When returning the product, please pack it strictly to prevent damage to the product.
In addition, please send the slip as "precision equipment" for watches and "waremono" for other products.

If the returned product arrives at our shop and there is damage that you did not contact us for the reason of the return when we checked it, we will not exchange or refund it.
